Unison Manager is an internal tool operated by AniClover for the Anikura Unison event. It is used only by AniClover staff. Contact: jkao@aniclover.org.
Unison Manager connects to exactly one Google account: the event organizer's own YouTube channel, authorized by the organizer. It does not ask other people to connect their Google or YouTube accounts.
With that authorization it:
It never publishes, shares or makes any video public, and it does not read, change or delete videos it did not upload itself.
What it stores: the YouTube video ids and the upload and check status of its own uploads, in the Unison Manager database. The OAuth token is stored as an encrypted secret on infrastructure controlled by AniClover and is used only for the actions above.
Unison Manager's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone outside AniClover.
Staff sign in with Discord. Unison Manager stores their Discord user id, display name and email, the access they have been granted, and the event work they do in the tool. This data is used only to run the event and is not shared outside AniClover.
The organizer can revoke the YouTube authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Staff can ask for their data to be deleted by writing to the contact address above.
If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
